Alam Sutera Revised Target Year 2010

The growth of the property industry makes Tbk PT Alam Sutera (ASRI) revised its sales target this year. Because, until the end of July it had almost reached the ASRI sales targets.
Company Secretary ASRI Hendra Kurniawan said until July 2010 alone the number of properties already marketing sales reached Rp 1.18 trillion. “In fact, this year we are targeting our marketing sales amounted to Rp 1.2 trillion,” he added.
As a result, ASRI should revise the number of property sales this year. “We hope ASRI marketing sales will reach USD 1.5 trillion,” said Hendra optimistic.
Section, property selling prices in Indonesia are still cheap compared with other ASEAN region. In fact, “Property prices here much cheaper,” he said.
If marketing sales was achieved, the ASRI optimistic revenue will reach about USD 800 billion, net income ASRI will reach about USD 200 billion to Rp 250 billion
